Make sure to run your fingers and comb through the hair (do not unroll or cut the wefts or lace) when you first receive your hair to make sure that you are satisfied with your order before us. Contact us if there are any issues with your order. We can exchange products (after return of product) only if the products are un-used and in the same condition that they were shipped in.
